Constitutional Law

Senn Legal has represented local and state wide governmental agencies in cases involving complex questions of Constitutional law. The Constitutional issues involve claims ranging from First Amendment violations to excessive force claims. Regardless of the issues, Senn Legal vigorously defends its clients at every step of the litigation process – from the filing of a Complaint to trying a case to verdict, and through any necessary appeals.

The attorneys at Senn Legal have been asked to represent agencies and politicians in cases involving laws, ordinances, or regulations that are being called into question. Over the years, Senn Legal has been on both sides of the fight, sometimes challenging a law and sometimes defending the law. Often times, the actions of an agency or a politician are called into question, and Senn Legal has been on both sides of that fight as well. Over the past twenty plus years, Senn Legal has been proud to represent police officers, sheriff’s deputies, detention and corrections officers and all those connected with law enforcement.

We know that these individuals put their lives on the line every day for our safety and the safety of our community. In turn, Senn Legal is tireless in defending these brave law enforcement officers. The founding member of Senn Legal, Sandy Senn, has represented the South Carolina Sheriff’s Association for the past twenty years. Sandy is often called upon to provide advice and input to Sheriffs from all over South Carolina.
